Alex, originally from Grayslake, Illinois, graduated from the University of Iowa in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. During his time as an undergraduate student, he studied in the Integrative Laboratory of Applied Physiology and Lifestyle Medicine, focusing on research topics such as resistance training and supplementation. Since graduating, he has worked full-time in this laboratory researching supplementation.  

Currently, Alex is pursuing a Master of Science in Exercise Science at Auburn University, where he plans to further delve into his studies and research interests.
